HIL-INVENT Ges.m.b.H. is the Hillebrand family office’s Austrian investment vehicle, based in Salzburg and registered in 2009 under FN 333356f. It invests in life sciences, medical technology, pharmaceuticals and related industries, with a stated interest in new neurological treatments. The official Austrian register lists Friedrich Hillebrand and Julia Hillebrand as its managing directors and B.F.H. Privatstiftung as shareholder. Its publicly documented investments include AI neurorehabilitation company nyra health, electronic implant developer UroMems and T-cell therapy developer Captain T Cell. HIL-INVENT is separately registered from the EVER Pharma operating group; nyra’s registered shareholder is HIL-INVENT even where financing publicity uses the EVER Pharma brand.
