Its legal website entity is ClavystBio Pte Ltd, Singapore registration202027056H; the operational launch year is distinct from the earlier incorporated legal entity. It invests in and helps build therapeutics, medtech and digital-health companies, supports commercialization partnerships, and operates Node1 laboratory and collaboration space at Singapore Science Park. Its mission connects scientific innovators with company-building expertise and international capital. The current public directory names21 operating team members, six board members including the chief executive, and three advisers:29 unique people. Current CEO Khoo Shih and CFO Kang Lin Ong lead the platform. Current published directors and advisers differ from the historical2023 launch roster; historical outside affiliations are not asserted as present roles without current evidence. That aggregate commitment is not paid-in cash, a completed proprietary fund close, or a new company funding round. Existing Sunbird Bio, Paratus Sciences and Virtual Therapeutics Corp investment records and their attribution are preserved. In particular, the May24,2024 Virtual Therapeutics minority investment remains separate from its subsequent Akili acquisition. Public sources reviewed do not disclose a separately closed ClavystBio-branded fund or complete subscription allocations.
