Endeavor Catalyst is the venture investment platform of the nonprofit entrepreneur network Endeavor. Founded in 2012, it makes rules-based co-investments exclusively in companies led by entrepreneurs selected into Endeavor’s global community, investing alongside venture capital and growth equity firms. Investment returns support investors and help sustain Endeavor’s entrepreneur programs and operations. Its portfolio spans software, artificial intelligence, financial services, healthcare and deep technology across global markets, including founders building outside traditional venture hubs. Its fifth fund closed at US$320 million in October 2026.

Includes deep tech, foundational AI, cloud infrastructure and application AI activity; early investments include Replit, Moove, Preply, Cashea, Respond.io, EnduroSat, HappyRobot and Lunar Outpost. The manager’s Fund V site also names PLD Space, Maybell Quantum and Orbio. This is raised fund capital; US$850 million-plus is manager AUM and US$3.2 billion is a projected capital multiplier, not fund size.
