CRB Health Tech is a Spanish venture capital manager founded in 2008, with offices in Madrid and Barcelona. Its earlier funds backed biotechnology and medical-device companies; its third fund focuses on digital health, including AI-assisted diagnostics, digital therapeutics, remote care, healthcare data platforms and software that improves clinical operations. The firm invests in seed and Series A companies in Spain and Europe, with initial tickets of EUR 500,000 to EUR 1.5 million and follow-on capacity of up to EUR 4–5 million per company. CRB combines investment experience with clinical, pharmaceutical and healthcare-technology expertise to help companies commercialise and scale their products. Its Digital Health III fund reached a EUR 50 million final close announced in May 2026.
