Voyager Capital
Voyager Capital is a Seattle-based venture capital firm founded in 1997, investing in early-stage business-to-business technology companies in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. Its current strategy focuses on AI-driven business solutions, software-enabled hardware, sustainable agriculture and supply-chain technology. It supports founders with operational experience, customer introductions and hiring advice from the first venture financing onward. Its public portfolio includes AI and deep technology companies such as 4AG Robotics, Carbon Robotics, Overland AI, Rapta, Averlon, Paxton and WellSaid Labs. Its current directory lists nine staff and venture partners and nine strategic advisers. Managing Directors Erik Benson, Diane Fraiman and Co-Founder Bill McAleer lead the firm. Voyager announced $100 million for its fifth fund in October 2019. Its March 2026 SEC adviser filing identifies Fund VI and seven other fund vehicles under numbered reporting names; disclosed asset values do not establish fundraising totals. It joined 4AG Robotics' CAD $40 million Series B announced July 2025.
