TechSquare Labs
Atlanta, Georgia, United States
TechSquare Labs is an Atlanta company-building studio and seed-investment platform founded by Allen Nance and Paul Judge in 2014. Invest Georgia’s primary annual report identifies the original business as Tech Square Labs LLC and distinguishes the associated TechSquare Capital fund, established in 2016, from Blake Patton’s unrelated Tech Square Ventures. Its documented strategy backs early-stage software and technical founders in Atlanta, including AI healthcare fraud-detection company FraudScope, now Codoxo. The studio provided coworking, corporate innovation and founder support, with Atlanta Startup Battle as a sourcing programme. The associated fund held its final close in November 2017 with USD12.65 million of capitalization. This is closed fund capitalization, not proof that all commitments were paid in cash; the state LP reported only 47 percent of its USD1 million commitment contributed by year end. Portfolio counts can include purchased or contributed securities, and founder operating businesses are not automatically institutional investments. The original techsquare.co domain is unavailable and techsquarecapital.com currently returns a site-not-configured page. Current operating status and a complete current payroll roster are not established. Founder and venture-partner affiliations are qualified by their historical source dates, while Tanya Sam’s current self-published biography still lists the partnerships role without an appointment date. The authentic historical wordmark is retained from the firm’s own publication. Neither the unrelated Tech Square Ventures manager nor techsquare.ai services company is merged into this identity.
