Sunflower Capital is a US early-stage venture capital firm founded by former Sequoia Capital investor Liu Jiang. It partners with technical founders before product launch and supports AI, enterprise and developer infrastructure, healthcare technology, robotics and critical industries. Its own published team names Liu Jiang, Max Wang and Mo Punjwani. Sunflower’s April 2025 founder announcement described USD250 million in combined capital across Funds I and II; this aggregate is not independently assigned to each vehicle. Its institutional portfolio includes AI companies Cohere, Ollama, E2B, Slingshot AI, and Applied Compute, physical-AI company Sunday Robotics and healthcare software company Ease Health.
