Bridge Neurotech Inc. is a Silicon Valley neurotechnology company founded in 2026 by Will Biederman to develop a non-invasive brain-computer interface. It is building a functional ultrasound imaging platform with AI-based neural decoding, initially focusing on transcranial sensing and real-time interpretation of brain activity without surgery or implanted hardware. Its observational research study in Redwood City enrolls healthy adults and adults with PEEK or Longeviti cranioplasty implants. The research configurations are investigational and are not FDA-cleared or approved. Its October 2026 founder’s letter reports USD13.5 million raised from General Catalyst, reMind Capital, Sunflower Capital, Scott Sandell and other investors, without disclosing the series label or exact closing day. On October6,2026 Bridge announced a multi-year licensing and R&D agreement using Butterfly Network’s Ultrasound-on-Chip technology; technology access, milestone payments and hardware purchases are commercial obligations rather than evidence of a Butterfly equity investment. Bridge is distinct from Forest Neurotech, which Biederman previously co-founded.
