SightLine Partners LLC is a Bloomington, Minnesota healthcare investment manager and SEC-registered adviser, CRD162629 and SEC801-80007. It became independent in 2004 by acquiring the healthcare venture-capital operations of Piper Jaffray, whose venture platform began in 1992. SightLine manages special-situation healthcare funds, investing in private medical technology, diagnostics and life-sciences businesses and providing secondary liquidity to existing investors.
