Corporations Canada identifies Jonathan Lister and Michael Nasser as its current directors and controlling individuals. Its independently verified deep-technology investment is participation in Project Eleven’s January 2026 Series A, backing post-quantum security and migration infrastructure for digital assets. The corporation is distinct from Satstreet Inc., the digital-asset trading company whose founder biographies provide identity and portrait sources for the same two directors. A direct parent-subsidiary ownership relationship, separately published Ventures logo, dedicated operating-team directory and externally raised pooled-fund closing were not verified. Trading volumes, customer assets and brokerage trade sizes are not venture-fund capital.
