Project Eleven
Project Eleven, Inc. is a cryptography and quantum-security company founded in 2024, building post-quantum security infrastructure for digital assets. It develops tools for migrating blockchain systems and institutional custody from vulnerable public-key cryptography to post-quantum and crypto-agile architectures. Products and research include Strongpoint institutional custody, a Bitcoin Risq List tracker of exposed public keys, wallet ownership proofs, signature schemes and open-source cryptographic tooling. CEO Alex Pruden and CTO Conor Deegan lead the company, supported by engineering, product and strategy leaders and separately named advisers. Its $6 million June 2025 seed financing and $20 million January 2026 Series A are distinct completed equity rounds. In September 2026 it acquired Riva Labs to expand expertise in signatures, wallets, multiparty computation, account abstraction and AI-assisted research; transaction consideration was undisclosed. The company’s quantum attack timelines and product performance statements are its own research estimates and claims, rather than proof that current quantum computers can compromise these deployed networks. Partnership announcements and research grants do not establish equity financing.
