RTK Group is a family office backed biopharmaceutical advisory and investment firm founded by Teena Kohli in December 2019. It supports biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics businesses with capital and hands-on help in company formation, technology development and commercialization. The firm invests across private and public company development stages. Its publicly listed team includes Founding Partner Teena Kohli, Managing Director Neal Muni, finance and operations associates, and a scientific associate. RTK participated in Unravel Biosciences' seed financing announced in June 2022, supporting its AI-enabled drug discovery and patient stratification platform for complex neurological diseases.
