Ognomy Sleep

Ognomy Sleep is a Buffalo, New York digital health company offering virtual sleep-apnea care. Launched in 2021, its platform connects patients with sleep clinicians, arranges home sleep tests, supports diagnosis and personalized treatment, and provides follow-up care. Ognomy combines telemedicine workflows with AI-enabled automation and information exchange; clinicians remain responsible for assessment and treatment decisions. Its care network supports positive airway pressure therapy, oral appliances, weight-management care and referral for appropriate implantable neurostimulation treatment. The company also integrates wearable sleep data and collaborates with medical-device providers. Founder, President and CEO Daniel Rifkin leads the company alongside COO Ken Rosenfeld, CFO Pete Grandits, Chief of Sleep Medicine June Seliber-Klein, CMO Linda Anegawa and CTO Tannay Chandhok. Inspire Medical Systems provided seed financing in 2022. Ognomy completed a $1.575 million seed preferred financing in 2024 and announced a $20 million Series A in June 2026 led by Catalyst Investors with Blue Heron Capital participating.
