Norrsken Evolve is a Stockholm-based pre-seed venture investment platform in the Norrsken ecosystem, developed from Norrsken Accelerator. It backs founders building a more sustainable and resilient Europe across energy, advanced manufacturing, materials, transport, food, healthcare, biotechnology, information security and related technologies. It combines early equity investment with an in-person founder sprint, mentoring and access to an investor and operator network. Its current published team includes investment professionals, a venture partner and platform and operations staff; its large external adviser network is listed separately.

    Oversubscribed final close of Norrsken Evolve’s European pre-seed fund, marketed as Norrsken Evolve Fund I and legally Stockholmsnorrskenet Impact Accelerator Fund II AB. Fortum confirmed the completed EUR 62 million close in its September 25, 2026 LP announcement; the actual closing day is not disclosed in that release and earlier July coverage indicates that completion predates the announcement. Fortum’s own LP commitment amount was not disclosed. The earlier EUR 57 million close is the same vehicle, not a second fund.
