Berlin company developing an integrated, AI-operated electric freight network. NexDash acquires established trucking operators, electrifies their fleets and operates them using NexOS, its proprietary platform for route planning, energy and charging optimization, maintenance and fleet financing. It was founded in 2025 by Michael Cassau and originated from his Platform Horizons investment platform. Autonomous freight is a future development goal; electric fleet operations began in 2026. NexDash announced a EUR5 million seed round in November 2025, led by Extantia Capital with Clean Energy Ventures and Magnetic Capital participating. EIT Urban Mobility announced a EUR2.5 million pre-Series A investment commitment in June 2026; this is recorded separately from completed seed financing.
