SEC-filed resTORbio investor documents identify Nestbio WO VI Holding LP as a subscribing legal vehicle, with Adena Partners GP I LLC as general partner and Cheryl Hao Cui signing as member. A separate Adena Partners I LP Form D identifies the same GP and Adena Partners Management LLC, signed by Hao Cui, but this shared management evidence does not prove every Nest.Bio investment was subscribed through that fund. The June8,2017 Form D reported zero sold, no first sale, and an indefinite offering; no closed fund corpus is inferred. The specific subscriber vehicle for Engine’s2018 and2021 financings remains unpublished. Laboratory alumni market value, jobs created and resident counts are not fund sizes or deployed cash. No separately verified completed fund closing has been found.
