Negev Capital is a specialist biotech venture investment platform focused on central nervous system and brain-health therapeutics, including psychedelic-derived medicines, non-hallucinogenic compounds and precision neuropsychiatry. Established in 2021, it invested in early-stage drug developers, particularly preclinical and early clinical programs, and now manages a fully invested portfolio that includes active companies and realized exits. Its scientific and investment team evaluates drug-development programs for neuropsychiatric and neurological disorders and works with portfolio companies and pharmaceutical partners. Its 2021-vintage Cayman Islands fund reached a final close in January 2022. The associated CNS venture studio Negev Labs is a distinct company-building platform; studio assets and acquisition milestones are separate from fund commitments.
