Reconnect Labs is a Swiss clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company and University of Zurich spin-off developing drug candidates for psychiatric, sleep, neurological and metabolic conditions. Its harmine platform includes RE01, a next-generation psychedelic program for alcohol use disorder at Phase 2 entry, and IND-enabling RE04 and RE05 programs targeting diabetes/beta-cell regeneration and Parkinson’s disease through DYRK-1A-related mechanisms. It also develops RE03, an alpha-2 noradrenergic agonist program for PTSD with insomnia, and RE02, an IND-enabling serotonin-1A program for generalized anxiety disorder. A registered Phase 2 RE03 buccal-dexmedetomidine study in 12 PTSD patients completed in June 2026. These are investigational development programs; published clinical stages and study completion do not establish marketing authorization or proven clinical benefit.
