LVIS
LVIS Corporation is a Palo Alto neurotechnology company founded in2013 by Stanford neuroscientist and electrical engineer Jin Hyung Lee. It develops NeuroMatch, a cloud-based EEG review and analysis platform using neural information analysis, AI and brain-network visualisation to support qualified medical practitioners. Its current website lists offices in Palo Alto, Gangnam/Seoul and Daegu, and exclusive technology licences from UCLA and Stanford. FDA510(k) clearances K222450, K241390 and K250239 concern NeuroMatch, a ClassII electroencephalograph software device. The latest K250239 covers adult patients18years and older, artifact reduction, seizure/spike detection and source localisation; the software does not replace real-time EEG monitoring or the physician’s interpretation. These device-specific clearances do not establish approval of every advertised future neurological diagnostic or therapeutic feature. The issuer states that some features are not cleared for USuse. A primary January11,2022 SKNetworks announcement confirms participation in an announced USD15million SeriesB-2, and distinguishes SKInc.’s earlier2018 investment. A&E Investments independently confirms an investment relationship with the exact company. Neither academic research grants nor portfolio-card dates are treated as corporate financing cash. LVIS is distinct from MicroVention’s LVIS intracranial stent and the separate Neuromatch educational nonprofit.
