InnoEnergy is a European clean technology investment and industrial development platform. It backs early-stage companies and helps research-based technologies reach industrial scale through capital, commercial support, corporate partnerships and new-company building. Its work spans energy storage and batteries, renewable generation, hydrogen, industrial decarbonisation, smart grids, energy efficiency and circular-economy technologies. Alongside investments, it coordinates clean technology value chains and provides workforce skills programmes and graduate education. Established in2010 with support from the European Institute of Innovation and Technology, it operates through the Dutch legal entity KIC InnoEnergy SE and regional affiliates. The platform uses the InnoEnergy brand following a March2025 rebrand from EIT InnoEnergy.
