Haiyin Capital (海银资本) is a Beijing-based technology venture-investment platform founded in2008 by Yuquan Wang. Primary founder and affiliated InnovationMap biographies describe a strategy connecting US technological innovation with Chinese manufacturing, commercialisation and markets, with interests in AI, robotics, electronics, aerospace, healthcare and energy. Neurala’s original June2,2016 issuer announcement identifies Haiyin as a co-lead of a completed USD1.2million follow-on financing and names partner Xin Ma.
