Sherpa Healthcare Partners (夏尔巴投资) is a healthcare venture platform founded in 2018, investing in early and growth-stage biotechnology, gene technology, medical devices, diagnostics and healthcare services, primarily in Greater China and selectively in the United States. Its founders previously built Legend Capital’s healthcare investment team; their earlier investments are historical individual/team experience rather than automatically Sherpa fund investments. The current official directory lists managing partners Xiangyu Ouyang, Daqing (Darren) Cai and Cheng Xing. Raymond W. Cohen was appointed venture partner in January 2025, corroborated by his current company biography. Legal adviser entities include Cayman Sherpa Healthcare Partners Co., Ltd.
