It invests across product development and commercial growth, combining financing with active board work, development planning, operational support, licensing and partnerships. Its portfolio spans immuno-oncology, metabolic disease, biologics, gene therapy, manufacturing, diagnostics and related services. Flerie supports portfolio CEOs through its Flerie and Peers network and syndicates with other investors internationally. It aims to remain invested while it can contribute to company development, rather than applying a conventional fixed-life venture-fund timetable. The platform began as Flerie Invest in2011; the current listed parent, Flerie AB (publ), emerged from a2024 reverse merger and trades on Nasdaq Stockholm.
