Evidity Health Capital is the healthcare venture and growth-equity investment brand of Evidity Capital LLC, formerly Canepa Healthcare LLC. Its March20,2026 FormADV (CRD288126, SEC802-110483) lists Canepa Healthcare and Evidity Health Capital as business names of the same adviser. The firm’s own December10,2019 release explicitly announced a name change with the same investment team and focus, rather than an unrelated new fund manager. It was founded by Paul Enever and Alejandro Sanchez in2014 and invests in medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics and digital health, generally focusing on commercialized products needing growth capital to reach profitability. Published neurotechnology exposure includes Akili’s clinically validated cognitive digital therapeutics, Sonde Health’s investigational vocal biomarkers for brain and psychological health, and GT Medical Technologies’ GammaTile localized brain-tumor radiation technology. These portfolio technologies have distinct research and regulatory states; a portfolio description does not grant blanket clinical validation. Its own directory publishes Paul Enever and Alejandro Sanchez as partners and Lloyd Appel as CFO, while the own July2023 appointment release documents Adam Lessler’s partner and management-committee promotion. Adam is absent from the current biography directory and receives an explicitly historical role. Important current2026 transition: Alejandro’s own announcement says Evidity is becoming part of Eckuity Capital and that he and Paul are joining Eckuity; Eckuity’s own current team independently lists both as partners. Actual final-close cash and exact closingdays were not publicly established and remain unknown. Akili securities disclosures identify FriggaLtd as a holdingvehicle beneath CanepaAdvancedHealthcareFundLP advised by EvidityCapitalLLC; historic manager-managed exposure is sourcequalified instead of mistaking a fund or holdingvehicle for a renamed corporate manager.
