Durin Life Sciences
Stratford, New Jersey, United States
Durin Life Sciences, Inc., formerly Durin Technologies, Inc., is a neurodiagnostics company founded in2010 and based in Stratford, New Jersey. Its Duritect blood-test platform combines disease-associated autoantibody biomarkers and machine-learning risk-score analysis for research and early detection of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. Its own published science describes a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory and peer-reviewed biomarker studies; these statements do not establish FDA approval or an independently validated clinical screening indication. Founder Robert Nagele’s Rowan University research underpins the autoantibody approach. Publicly disclosed private financing comprises three distinct SEC offerings:2019 equity,2021 equity subsequently amended through March2025, and2023 debt amended through July2025. Amendments update cumulative amounts sold within the same offering and are not extra funding rounds. The same SEC CIK1797306 confirms the former/current legal names; latest July2025 disclosure identifies Delaware jurisdiction, whereas older filings identified New Jersey. On May12,2026 NeuroVision Imaging announced it acquired Durin Life Sciences; consideration, payment form and exact legal closing day were undisclosed. The combined business operates as NeuroVision under CEO Steven Verdooner. Durin’s current public science website retains its brand, but a complete post-acquisition employee directory and standalone officer roster are not published. Historical CEO/director affiliations are dated to their original filings and are not automatically current employment. The unrelated Durin mining-robotics startup at durin.com and its protected2025 financing are distinct and preserved.
