Steven Verdooner

Steven Verdooner is CEO, director and co-founder of NeuroVision Imaging. He previously co-founded and led Ophthalmic Imaging Systems, developing ophthalmic imaging and informatics products, and served as executive vice president at OPKO Health. His career spans more than30years in ophthalmology, neurology and medical devices. The May2026 acquisition announcement confirms he continues as CEO of the combined NeuroVision and Durin enterprise. Steven Verdooner is named CEO of the combined NeuroVision business following its announced acquisition of Durin Life Sciences on May12,2026.
