Anaxago SAS is the French crowdfunding investment platform established in 2012, RCS Paris 539 539 064, registered at 18 rue Sainte-Foy, Paris. Its own legal disclosures identify AMF crowdfunding-services authorization FP-2023-25. It arranges club deals and access to unlisted healthcare, climate and real-estate investments for a community of private and professional subscribers. Investment relationships recorded for this platform represent explicitly disclosed collective subscriber participation; they are not assertions that Anaxago paid the subscriber aggregate from its own balance sheet. Individual member and legal holding-company allocations remain unpublished. Its separate regulated asset-manager affiliate was Anaxago Capital, RCS 840 861 397 and AMF GP-18000016, formed in 2018; that manager and CapHorn Invest adopted the common Ambra Capital brand in December 2025. Anaxago Patrimony is a distinct advice business. Manager funds, accumulated platform investment volumes and client assets are not platform fund closes. The own public group directory names nine governance/executive professionals. Affiliations explicitly labeled Anaxago Capital in that directory are retained as qualified published group affiliations because the directory predates or has not been harmonized with the Ambra rebrand; they are not claims of current employment at an independent old manager. Chloë Brun is identified as president of the crowdfunding platform and Patrimony; a recruitment page instead uses the older director-general title. Anaxago reports its investor community supported Acticor Biotech in four financings in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019. That historical promotional page predates Acticor’s January 2025 judicial liquidation and failed 2024 stroke-trial efficacy endpoints; its old clinical optimism and unrealized performance are not current efficacy or valuation statements.
