It invests globally in companies working in AI, cybersecurity, biotechnology, space, microelectronics, energy and other technical fields. IQT supports technology transfer through development and licensing agreements or equity-only investments, receiving a small equity stake and board-observer status. Its published ranges are $500,000–$3 million for technology development agreements and $250,000–$500,000 for equity-only investments.
