CleerlyCleerly is a Denver-based medical imaging AI company founded in 2017 by cardiovascular imaging researcher James K. Min. Its platform analyzes coronary CT angiography to quantify and visualize plaque, stenosis and likely vessel-level ischemia, helping clinicians evaluate coronary artery disease. Products include Cleerly Labs, Plaque, ISCHEMIA and COMPARE. FDA records show LABS K260588 and the separate Plaque add-on K261210 received 510(k) clearance on July 29, 2026. Plaque’s outputs support trained clinicians’ assessment and do not constitute a final diagnostic report. Cleerly ISCHEMIA received FDA 510(k) clearance K231335 on September 8, 2023 as a prescription adjunct for clinically stable symptomatic patients undergoing cardiac CT; clinicians must interpret its findings, and patient management must not rely solely on the result. The investigational CAD Staging System received Breakthrough Device Designation in March 2024, which is distinct from marketing clearance. Verified announced financings include a $43 million Series B in June 2021, a July 2022 Series C updated from $192 million to $223 million, and a $106 million Series C extension in December 2024 led by Insight Partners. Earlier cumulative financing figures are not represented as additional disclosed rounds.
Emerald AIEmerald AI develops software that coordinates AI workloads and data-center power consumption so computing facilities can respond to electricity-grid constraints while maintaining workload performance. Its Conductor platform turns AI data centers into flexible grid assets, helping utilities connect additional demand and manage peaks rather than relying solely on new generation or transmission. Founded in November 2024, the company works with utilities, AI companies and data-center operators, and has progressed from international demonstrations to commercial deployment at multi-megawatt scale. Its work combines AI systems engineering, power-grid optimization and energy policy.
NoetikDevelops AI models of human tumor biology to discover and develop precision cancer therapies. It combines spatial imaging and other molecular data from human tumors with machine learning to model tumor microenvironments, identify therapeutic targets and predict which patients may respond to treatments.
