Tom Grammatopoulos

Tom Grammatopoulos leads business development and strategy at Aitia, drawing on neuroscience, mitochondrial biology and drug-discovery experience. He previously held leadership roles at iNeuro Therapeutics, Lucy Therapeutics and Charles River Laboratories, and co-founded BioEnergetics. He earned a doctorate in cell and structural biology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
