Timothy Power is named by the University of Oxford as Head of Social Sciences Division in its senior reporting chart current July 24, 2026. The affiliation is dated to that primary publication rather than assuming an unverified exact appointment day or adding all university employees. This institutional leadership role does not imply personal venture checks. Oxford’s own current Social Sciences biography describes a comparative political scientist researching democratization and political institutions in Latin America, especially Brazil; he leads the division and participates in University Council.
