Tatyana Hower is managing partner of JobsOhio Ventures and has worked with its evergreen venture platform since its 2020 inception. Her earlier career spans commercial banking and venture finance, including an emerging-technology lending group and BioEnterprise, where she helped medical-technology companies secure venture financing and led Medical Growth Fund activities. She graduated from Baldwin Wallace University and participates in the National Venture Capital Association CFO Taskforce.
