Simon Warner heads Oxford University Innovation Licensing and Ventures for Life Sciences. He joined in2021 with more than25 years of biotechnology experience spanning venture capital, strategic partnerships and intellectual property. He previously served as Oxitec chief scientific officer before its2015 acquisition by Intrexon.
