Scott Nehs
Scott Nehs was appointed VSP Vision chief legal officer and general counsel in May 2025, succeeding retired Chris Warren. His remit includes legal affairs, regulatory compliance, government affairs and corporate risk. He previously served as Blue Cross Blue Shield Association senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, and in senior PepsiCo legal, government-affairs and compliance roles. He holds a JD from the University of Wisconsin and a BA from Northwestern University.
