Raúl Moreno

Raúl Moreno has worked at COFIDES for more than a decade, previously in cabinet, institutional-relations and communications roles, and has directed corporate social responsibility since2025. His earlier Spanish public-service career included commercial representation in Honduras and secondment to the European Commission. He studied law at Sevilla and completed further international-development and management training.
