Phan Luu is Chief Science Officer of Brain Electrophysiology Laboratory Company (BEL) and Chief Technology Officer of affiliate Neurosom. He develops dense-array EEG and transcranial electrical stimulation technologies and previously held scientific and technical leadership roles at Electrical Geodesics and EGI Philips Neuro.
