Paul Dagum, MD, PhD, is co-founder and CEO of Applied Cognition and an entrepreneur, physician and computer scientist. He invented the company’s investigational device for noninvasive measurement of human glymphatic function and leads its work on brain clearance and neurological therapeutics. Previously he founded Mindstrong to develop digital biomarkers of cognition and mental healthcare.
