Michele Andrews, OD, became VSP Vision chief medical officer in March 2026, providing clinical oversight and helping develop and monitor accessible eye-care programs. She previously served as CooperVision vice president of marketing and professional affairs, executive vice president of professional services at ForEyes Optical, and in EyeMed Vision Care and LensCrafters leadership. She began as a practicing optometrist after receiving her doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry.
