Michael Hutton

SV Health Investors venture partner associated with Dementia Discovery Fund; former Eli Lilly neurodegenerative disease chief scientific officer with tau and progranulin research experience. Mike Hutton is a TRIMTECH scientific adviser. He led neurodegeneration discovery at Eli Lilly from 2009 until retiring in October 2025, with later responsibilities covering genetic medicine. His earlier research at Mayo Clinic and MSD included genetic causes of frontotemporal dementia. This advisory role does not imply current Lilly employment.
