Mel Slater

Mel Slater is a virtual-environments scientist and OxfordVR scientific co-founder, explicitly named in Jason Freeman’s Oxford university biography. His published academic CV describes research leadership at Queen Mary, UCL and Barcelona and work on presence and embodiment in virtual environments. He is distinct from an unrelated US Army namesake. His OxfordVR statutory directorship ended in2017; a historical founding affiliation is not a current company management position.
