Matthew Krna

Matthew Krna, also known as Matt Krna, is founder and Managing Partner of Ladera Venture Partners, a digital health-focused investment firm. His continuing role is named in current C1 Fund governance materials and public SEC filings. He is also founder and Managing Partner of Two Meter Capital and a Venture Partner at Alpha Partners. He previously co-founded and led Princeville Global and was a partner at SoftBank Princeville, with earlier investment roles at Investor Growth Capital and Canaan Partners and investment-banking experience at Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He has served as a director or board observer at companies including Doctor on Demand, Remitly, Criteo, Dotomi and ID Analytics, and previously served as CEO of Alpha Partners Technology Merger Corp. He holds an A.B. degree from Harvard University. These other-firm investments and funds are not automatically attributed to Ladera.
