Lee von Kraus

Lee M. von Kraus is a neuroscientist, inventor and entrepreneur. His own biography states that, after a neuroscience PhD, he invented a method for non-invasive electrical delivery to the brain that formed the foundation of Halo Neuroscience, which he co-founded during its early research period. Halo Neuro’s original electrode-system patent independently names him with Amol Sarva, Daniel Chao and Brett Wingeier. His published work includes neural tissue engineering, patterned microstimulation and modification of sensorimotor memories; his own site describes later research leadership at Electric Plant Company and Open Minded Scientists and the2017 co-founding of Rocean. His personal2012 origin claim is distinguished from the original company’s2013 founding description, and his personal acquisition chronology is superseded by Flow’s primary February2021 asset announcement. This role is historical, with no current Flow employment or personal investment inferred.
