Kirsty Allen heads Oxford University Innovation Consulting Services, having joined OUI in February2025. Her earlier Oxford research-management work began in2009 and included programme management in the Nuffield Department of Medicine’s Modernising Medical Microbiology Unit and advising the university’s Research Excellence Framework2021 submission.
