Kathy Yi joined Transition Bio's board in 2022. She formerly served as COO of Affini-T Therapeutics and CFO of Cerevel and Sangamo Therapeutics, with earlier finance roles at Novartis and Life Technologies. She holds a chemical engineering degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Columbia.
