Cambridge, Massachusetts and Cambridge, UK biotechnology company combining microfluidics, biophysics and machine learning to discover small molecules targeting biomolecular condensates and intrinsically disordered proteins. Its Condensomics platform generates experimental data for AI-guided target discovery and compound optimization. Programs include MYC-driven cancers and neurodegeneration; a Voyager Therapeutics collaboration targets TDP-43 pathology in ALS and frontotemporal dementia. Current research includes YTHDC1 inhibitors and Ewing sarcoma target EWS-FLI1, without evidence of an approved medicine. Launched in 2020 with seed backing led by Lifeforce Capital, Transition Bio raised a $50 million Series A in 2022 led by Northpond Ventures and received a $750,000 Little Warrior Foundation research grant in September 2026. Potential Voyager milestones are commercial terms, distinct from venture financing.
