Kathleen Steele became president of VSP Ventures in January 2023 and was explicitly confirmed in that position in VSP’s October 2024 network-leadership announcement. VSP Ventures offers care-focused practice-transition options for optometrists; it is not established as an external LP venture fund. Steele previously led Pearle Vision as senior vice president and general manager and held Luxottica leadership roles in operations, vision-care strategy, innovation and commercialization.
