Jonathan M. Rothberg, PhD, founded legacy Hyperfine in 2014 and Liminal Sciences in 2018, and served as legacy Hyperfine CEO through 2021. He founded the 4Catalyzer incubator and biotechnology businesses including Butterfly Network and Quantum-Si. His scientific work helped commercialize high-speed DNA sequencing. He holds biology degrees from Yale and chemical engineering from Carnegie Mellon. Jonathan M. Rothberg founded the operating predecessor of Quantum-Si in2013. Current issuer governance confirms he remains a director; his chairmanship ended May2024 and interim chief executive role ended October2022.
