Jeff Koziel was appointed VSP Vision chief network officer in October 2024, overseeing network strategy and associated units including VSP Ventures, onsite clinics, Eyeconic and Visionworks. He began as a Walgreens pharmacist in Chicago and held progressively senior roles over twenty-five years, including senior vice president overseeing healthcare and retail operations across more than 9,000 locations. He most recently served as president of Dental Care Alliance, supporting 400 practices in 24 states. His VSP role is qualified to the issuer’s published appointment.
