Issy Gordon leads investments at CBIV. She spent five years at Salica Investments, formerly Hambro Perks, where she developed its healthcare strategy and worked with Daye, Peppy, Lindus Health, Suri and Theremia. Her earlier work includes Deloitte M&A and product and growth roles at Percent and Asset Vault. She holds a London Business School management master’s degree.
