Cross-Border Impact Ventures is a Toronto impact venture capital firm investing in health technologies that improve outcomes for women, children and adolescents and strengthen health systems. The US$125 million target and expected 2027 final close are future fundraising goals, not raised capital.

Inaugural early-growth health technology fund investing in medical devices, diagnostics, therapeutics and digital health that improve health outcomes for women, children and adolescents. Final close occurred in November 2023, with the manager publishing its final-close announcement on January 25, 2024. Its 2026 Fund II release gives the exact inaugural amount as US$90.3 million. The 2021 first close is the same vehicle, not a separate eligible fund.
